Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet, 12oz bag
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Spray an 8x8 or 9x9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray, then line with parchment paper. Make sure the parchment paper is long enough to come up the sides of the pan for easy fudge removal.
  • Add the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla extract to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until completely smooth.
  • Pour the fudge into your prepared baking pan. Smooth out the top with a spatula. Transfer the pan to the fridge and cool for at least 1 hour.
  • Hold the sides of the parchment paper and lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

I used pistachios, flaked salt, and toffee bits as toppings for my fudge.
If you choose to add toppings, sprinkle them over top of the fudge before letting it set in the fridge.
