Sweet, a little salty, and so good they might be gone in less than a day. These Skor Bars are truly something special! Made with 3 ingredients, that you don't even have to measure out, they're almost too good to be true.
Servings: 16 squares
- 12 oz Ritz crackers 1 package
- 8 oz Skor bits 1 package
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
- 12 oz chocolate chips 1 package, semi-sweet
- 1/4 cup heavy cream at least 35%MF
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Crush the package of Ritz crackers into small bits; it's okay if the sizes of the pieces vary.
Mix the crushed crackers, Skor bits, and condensed milk together until well combined.
Use a spatula to transfer the mixture to your prepared pan and smooth it out evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until slightly browned around the edges. Allow to cool fully before removing from the pan and slicing.
Allow the bars to cool for at least 10 minutes before making the topping. Add the chocolate chips and heavy cream to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth.
Spread the ganache evenly into the pan using a spatula. Allow everything to fully cool down to room temperature, or you can let it cool in the fridge for firmer bars.
Nutritional information is per square, assuming 16 squares total. The values will vary if you slice your squares larger or smaller.
